Should we choose Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms?
Choose the platform your company already uses most. If your meetings are on Zoom, Zoom Rooms is the natural fit; if you use Microsoft 365 and Teams, choose Teams Rooms. Many video bars support either platform, so the hardware choice is often similar.
Does each Zoom Room need a licence?
Yes. A shared Zoom Room needs a Zoom Rooms licence for each room, added to your company Zoom account. We help you add the room and assign the licence during setup.
How long does a Zoom Room installation take?
Most rooms are installed, configured and tested in one to two days once the equipment is on site. Several rooms are done room by room to avoid disruption.
What affects the cost of a Zoom Room?
