Microsoft Teams Rooms in Dubai & the UAE
A Microsoft Teams Room turns a normal meeting room into a one-touch video room: people walk in, tap Join on the table console and the meeting starts with the camera, microphones and screen ready. We plan, install and support Teams Rooms for UAE offices, from small huddle rooms to boardrooms, mainly with Yealink equipment.
Quick answer
A Teams Room is a meeting room with Microsoft-certified video equipment (a video bar or room kit, a touch console and a display) signed in to your Microsoft 365 tenant, so any Teams meeting can be joined with one touch. Most rooms are installed in one to two days once the equipment is on site.
- Best for
- Companies that already use Microsoft 365 and Teams for meetings.
- Room types

- What affects the cost
- Room size, Android or Windows system, extra microphones, displays, cabling and booking panels. You get a written quote after the survey.

FAQ
Microsoft Teams Rooms: common questions
What is the difference between Teams Rooms on Android and on Windows?
Teams Rooms on Android runs on an all-in-one video bar and is simpler to set up and manage, which suits huddle, small and medium rooms. Teams Rooms on Windows uses a dedicated compute unit with modular cameras and microphones, which gives more options for larger rooms and complex audio. We recommend one after seeing the room.
Do we need a special licence for a Teams Room?
Yes. Each Teams Room needs a Microsoft Teams Rooms licence, assigned to the room account in Microsoft 365. Microsoft offers a free Basic option for a limited number of rooms and a paid Pro option with remote management and extra features. We check your Microsoft 365 setup and advise which one fits.
How long does a Teams Room installation take?
Most rooms are installed, configured and tested in one to two days once the equipment is on site. Several rooms or larger boardrooms are planned room by room so meetings are not disrupted.
What affects the cost of a Teams Room?
The room size, Android or Windows system, the number of extra microphones and speakers, the display, any cabling or mounting work, and booking panels. We survey the room and give you a written quote with exact models.
Can external guests on Zoom or Webex join from a Teams Room?
Teams Rooms can be set up to join meetings on some other platforms (called direct guest join), depending on the device and your Microsoft 365 settings. We confirm what is supported for your room during setup.
Can you reuse our existing screen and cabling?
Often yes. If your display and cabling are in good condition we can add a Teams-certified video bar and touch console, which keeps the cost down.
