Grandstream PBX & Phones: common questions
Does Grandstream UCM need user licences?
Core PBX features on Grandstream UCM do not require per-user licences, which makes it a cost-effective choice for many offices. Some optional cloud or add-on services may have their own plans.
Can Grandstream phones work with 3CX or Yeastar?
Yes. Grandstream IP phones work with most standard SIP phone systems, including 3CX and Yeastar.
Can the door intercom ring our phones?
Yes. Grandstream GDS intercoms can call your IP phones and let you open the door from the phone keypad.
The PBX is installed at your physical UAE premises and uses phone lines from your own licensed operator. SNTECH does not sell phone numbers or telecom lines.
