Do you install 3CX on our own server?
Yes. We install 3CX on a server or appliance at your UAE office, configure it and connect it to the phone lines you already have from your licensed UAE operator.
Which 3CX licence do we need?
3CX offers different editions depending on the features and number of simultaneous calls you need. We review your users and call volume, recommend the right edition and, as a 3CX partner, supply the licence with your installation.
Can staff use 3CX on their mobile phones?
Yes. The 3CX app for iPhone and Android lets staff use their office extension from their mobile, and the web client works from any browser.
Can you migrate our existing PBX to 3CX?
Yes. We migrate from analogue, Panasonic and other legacy PBX systems to 3CX, using gateways where needed so existing lines keep working.
How does 3CX connect to our du or e& lines?
Your lines stay with your own licensed operator. If your operator provides a SIP trunk, we connect it to 3CX directly; if you have analogue or ISDN lines, we add a gateway so 3CX can use them. We configure the connection and test inbound and outbound calls.
How long does a 3CX installation take?
A small office is usually installed and configured in one to two days after the survey. Larger offices or several branches are done in phases so calls are not interrupted.
What affects the cost of a 3CX phone system?
The number of users, the 3CX edition, the server or appliance it runs on, how many IP phones and headsets you need, any gateways for existing lines, and cabling. We give a written quote with exact items after the survey.
Can we try 3CX before buying?
Yes. You can download the free 3CX trial directly from 3CX using our partner link. We can install it at your office, connect it to your existing lines from your operator and set up a few test extensions so your team can try it first.
3CX is installed at your physical UAE premises and uses phone lines from your own licensed operator. SNTECH does not sell phone numbers or telecom lines.
